It is a wooden two-storey house. An extant living quarter is a six-wall framework built on a practically square foundation and is covered with a three-sloping ‘cowl’. From the south, the house is adjoined by a two-storey porch borne by posts with a lean-to roof. The front facade with six windows is symmetrically separated. The windows of ‘izba’ (the living room itself) and ‘gornitsa’ (the guest room) open to the front facade. Each of these two rooms also have three windows on the lateral facade wall: ‘izba’ has windows on the northern facade, and ‘gornitsa’ has windows on the southern facade. An entrance from the south facade leads to an anteroom (‘seni’) with the stairs leading to the second floor, on the northern facade, there is an extra living room near ‘izba’. Layouts of the floors are similar.
The framework is made of logs fixed according to the traditional method ‘v oblo’ and covered with horizontal planks. Logs ends at the corners and inner walls are decorated with paneled blades. Raftered roof is covered with grooving planks. The foundations are rubble and strip.
Windows are decorated with simple frames which are made of profiled planks and a windowsill. Posts of the porch with a gallery are decorated with ‘gothic’ carvings, rail posts are flat and planked.
Russian stoves with sleeping benches are installed near the crossings of inner walls. The walls have filleted corners from inside. Floors and ceilings are plank and are fixed to the rectangular beams. The doors in the living quarter of the house are framed. The doors leading to the household area are planked on dowels and have three jambs. Stairs leading to the second floor have chiseled rail posts.
