The building is a typical single-chamber barn with grain bins and an almost square foundation.

The framework is made of pine logs of a small diameter fixed according to the traditional method called ‘v oblo’, (i.e. with the logs’ ends protruding from the edges of the walls in the corners). The walls of the barn are hewed from inside at the grain bins height. The building is covered with a double-sloping roof.
