The structure is under federal protection.

The basis of the design of the structure is a parallelepiped-shaped rectangle covered with a symmetrical gable roof.

This is a log structure divided by the internal wall into two cells — a front room to undress and the steam bath itself. The western wall with a window made up of three jambs faces the lake. The doorway is in the northern wall. The logs of exterior walls are notched at the corners according to the traditional method with the log ends protruding or extending beyond the corners of each wall (a notch joint called in Russian ‘v oblo’). The roof is a nailless construction, made of boards. ‘Facial’ boards have no carvings and are not profiled. Geometry ornament (4 semi-cylinders) recurs four times on the surface of each of the U-shaped beams supporting the roof. The endings of the beams are volumetric-formed.

There is a vent-hole manually controlled on the inside. There is also a pile of rocks for heating, bench for taking a steam bath, and benches along the southern and western walls.
