The threshing barn is a single-chamber structure. The framework with a a square foundation is covered with a symmetric gable roof. The overhanging roof above the entrance of the threshing barn is formed by a considerable extension of a single slope supported by the protruding upper logs of the framework. The walls are made of logs fixed according to the traditional method called ‘v ohryapku’ (i.e. with the logs ends of different length protruding from the edges of the walls in the corners), the jambs of the door consist of four posts and the logs near the jambs are hewed out in a trapezoidal shape. There are no decorative elements on the facades. The threshing barn has two air-holes: above the door on the main façade and on the wall opposite to the entry. The inner surfaces of the walls are not hewed, the floors are made of boards. At the ceiling level there are two orthogonally placed cross-walls (each one comprises four logs) with the solid ceiling of logs fixed to them. There is a stove made of loose rocks in the corner to the left from the entry with its mouth facing the entrance door. Two tiers of furnace bars are placed along the back wall of the threshing barn. The endings of the first tier poles rest on the two logs which go along the side walls of the threshing barn. The endings of the poles of the second tier rest on a side wall and a cross-wall which is below the ceiling. All elements of the structure are traditional. The roof consists of two layers of boards which are put on sparsely laid horizontal beams supporting the roof structure. The lower layer of boards is laid with crevices, and the upper one, with beams laid downwards, covers gaps between the boards.
