The structure is located on the outskirts of the village; the face wall looks on the road. The basis of the design of the structure is a parallelepiped-shaped rectangle covered with a symmetrical gable roof.

This is a granary that contains two floors inside; the platform in front is unroofed. The walls are straight; a nailless roof is set on the several beams. Both of the doorways look from the side wall and fitted asymmetric. The pediments of the end walls have narrow air holes. The western side wall is blank. A roofless platform joins the face wall. The lower floor is split into two unequal parts with a blank wall; the walls are hewn up to the level of the grain bins. The grain bins have not been restored. Stairs lead to the upper floor. This part was a single-stage, had no grain bins. The doorways are made up of three jamb posts. The structure is set on a loose-rock foundation according to dry-stack wall technique; the timber planking is made of logs fixed according to the traditional method with the logs’ ends protruding from the edges of the walls in the corners (a notch joint called in Russian ‘v oblo’); the blankings are made up of boards; the two-layer roofing is made up of boards.

The granary is typical of Zaonejye structures in the late 19th century, features the lower floor split into two parts, while the upper one is a single-stage; the roof type.

Slopes of the roof bear facial boards with carvings (the alternation of semi-circles and flags). The edges feature a fretwork of circles.
