The Island of Radkoliye)

The island is situated 2 km to the west of the Village of Sennaya Guba. This rocky island has irregular shape elongated from northwest to southeast, its length is 520 m, and the widest place is 120 m. Its slopes are steep, the maximum height being 39,5 m over the sea level. The top of the island is covered with various plants of typical for cliffs species. Large plots grown with angular Solomon’s seal and organy are of special interest. There is a huge boulder on the precipice that is an idol of many local legends, and near it there is a stone face of the «Island’s Master». |
